124. The tomb is empty... and He is alive...

132. Six years of being involved with the Passion Play at my church. So blessed to be able to experience the last three days of Jesus' life over and over. My girlie girl was only 5 and my boy 10 when we started.... they have grown up with this...and it will be our last year... bitter sweet...

Crazy Hair Night at Calvary Kids Club! Not sure why? But they love doing this.... It usually takes a couple of days to get the color hair spray out of my blonde girlie girls hair! Even my boy is not too old to get into the act.

Off to the county fair....
My girlie girl entered some photography in the fair. She won two blue ribbons and several red ribbons. I was so proud of her! Her and one of her best friends entered a clay sculpture and won best in class. I will follow later with pictures of that masterpiece! The last picture is of the funny looking chicken that looks like it is saying "are you talking to me!"

Over the weekend we celebrated my boy's 16th birthday....
Time goes way too fast! It was just a minute ago that I was rocking him to sleep and now he is almost grown. I am trying to hang on to the last few years because I know how fast they seem to disappear.
My friend made this cake for him. She is so talented! I was behind her in heaven when they were passing out the gifts so she got them all first. Ugh! No really, she did an awesome job! I was so delighted with it!
I asked the LORD to give me this boy, and he has granted my request.

91. Home from a skiing weekend with family.... arrived safely....
92. Only a sprain and no break....poor kid...
93. My son's friends....they are funny and really good kids..now one of them is funny and has a soft cast on.. :/
94. Loads of laundry to be done... it must mean we had a good weekend...

98. Really it is a blessing to do this but around this time of year I get exhausted..
