1000 Gifts Plus 366-63-66

Counting gifts this week....
We have lived in our new area for almost 7 months.  I am finally getting my feet steady and feeling like I actually live here.  I am actually driving around a lot without map quest.  One of the great things about living somewhere new is new field trips!  Our family exhausted every field trip in our old town and now we have a whole new plethora of things to see and do in our new town (or not too far away).  On Friday, we went to a museum and saw the Terracotta Warriors from China.  It was amazing!  They are over 2000 years old!  The detail and the fact that they are still intact was stunning.  I bet you wish you had a picture... Me too!  The museum told us no pictures! Ugh! I hate that!  After going in, I realized they meant no flash! Ugh again....
Later, I was able to get some pictures of my kids outside of the museum and some beautiful flowers.

316.  Beautiful flowers...my daughter thinks I am crazy when I take a big sniff of beautiful roses! I just laugh and smell the beauty.

317. A nice field trip....

318. Seeing some amazing artifacts...

319. Listening to my boy do a bible study over the phone and so thankful for his growth...

320. Friends over for dinner on Saturday night...

321. New coffee mugs from my new friend with roosters on them!

322. Great message in church Sunday....

323. Getting choked up reading God's word about Peter when he denied Christ.  So not wanting to ever be that way but knowing we all have the ability.

324. Seeing our older daughter this weekend...

325. Seeing her cute puppy...

326. Seeing my girlie girl show responsibility and taking care of the puppy... even at 6 am!

327. My boy went on another bike ride and coming home safe! Praise Jesus!

328. Time with family...

329. The sound of my kids playing piano...

330. So thankful to the Lord for His saving Grace and my new life in Him!

Many Blessings,
Kim

  3. I think new field trips is one of the most exciting things about our move here too! I've already got six places to go lined up. That museum y'all visited sounds neat.

  4. I always sniff deeply of the roses too. At least we can say we take time to smell the flowers. Your photos make me long for spring even more. You too, with Peter? That story always makes me think, it could have just as well have been me! Lots of graces for you this past week!

    Blessings!
