Happy Friday!

I found the first picture on my daughter's camera.  She took it on one of our trips to the beach.  We love the beach and anytime we can get there we try to.  I feel the need to visit soon.  Maybe this weekend....

The second picture I took of my girlie girl's cat.  I love the lighting.

Not sure how I end up so far behind again... but I did.  We did have an extremely busy week.  We went on a field trip for my daughter's Art History co-op.  We also hosted a "high school teen" event at my house on Friday night for our homeschool group.  That was just Friday.  I really don't know how you can prevent yourself from getting busy with teens.  

So the pictures....

the first one is of a fence at the park near our home.  The second and third one are of a tree and a flower at the same park...

The next two are original Vincent Van Gogh paintings from the field trip to the Norton Simon Museum.  Yes, it is real and I was that close.  Crazy, huh?  We also saw Picasso, Monet and a bunch of others that I can't remember.  The last one is of my teddy bear and my chair.

There you have it... I will try not to get so far behind again.

I got behind...just like that...

We took my boy back to school this weekend and with all the running around, packing, buying etc, I did not have a chance to pick up my camera.  I took these all today around the house.

We are reading one of my favorites books in school with my girlie girl.  There are not many books that I like to re-read but "To Kill A Mockingbird" is one I don't mind doing again. I love Atticus.  He is one of my favorite characters in the book.

Game Day over Here....

My entire family, except my smart daddy and one older daughter are Charger fans.  I don't mind them and I can tolerate them if they are not in competition with my team.  Which, I might add, has not done anything in years.... Anyway, everyone in this household was pulling for the Chargers today (including me) because they are my second favorite.  If you are married to a man that loves the Chargers, after 24 years, it kind of rubs off on you.  Again, not withstanding that they are playing my team.  Cowboys, in case you are wondering.

The first picture was taken before the game.  With high hope.  No such luck.  Poor team.

And the last picture was taken while watching the game.  My cute dog wanted some of my snacks.  

I was playing with my camera while watching the game.  I usually can't just sit.
