The Lord is showing me again how important this role of mother and wife are. It is so easy to get out of whack and forget the magnitude of the job.  We constantly need to be on our knees for our children and our husband.  And we need to be aware of how the enemy can "sneak" in.  Sometimes it is in our attitudes and habits that push our families away.  

Stay focused on the King... There is no one perfect and I am not saying we need to be... but we need to be mindful of this family God has given us.  

Be alert and of sober mind. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour.

Looking back this week... 

I made a decoration of all the "dress up" times over the last 20 years.  It was bitter sweet looking at all the old pics of my sweet babies.  Honestly, the time went by so fast.

I have had a blast being a mommy to these two.  It is not all fun and games...just saying.. but I would not change it for the world. :)
