Easter Week....
This is what we have been spending our time on since January. This is our fifth year of being involved in our Easter play at church. The first 3 years my husband played the role of Jesus and the last two he has directed it. We, as a family, have put a lot of blood, sweat and tears into the play. But nothing compared to what Jesus did. It is amazing how this play changes lives. The cast and crew as well as people seeing the life of Christ for the first time.
My Jesus changed my life.... all for good. His story is so amazing. I love to see it played out over and over again. My kids, husband and I have lived the bible for 3 months. We know the scripture inside and out and we still see amazing new truths. God is AWESOME! His blood has covered me, how about you? Do you know my Jesus? He died to meet you...

I love this shirt!!!! This poor man was just standing in the line for the tea cups. He does not even know that I took his picture or that I love his shirt. Why do I like it? Because of the words on the back. The Lord has been showing me in so many ways how busyness can be a tool from satan to take your eyes off of Jesus. I have been busy for awhile now and I see how the Lord is trying to get my attention. I need to take action and SLOW down. I have heard this acronym before BUSY-being under satan's yoke.

Anyway, this is what his shirt says: God is calling you to a passionate relationship with Himself. Because the answer to religious complacency is not working harder at a list of do's and don'ts it is falling in love with God.

How I took this is that works will get you no where. Yes, without works faith is dead but if we are working to please man or not have enough time alone at His feet to know who we are serving than we are not really serving Jesus. Am I making sense? Anyway, it was way clear to me. I hope it makes sense to you all.

God is awesome and working in mighty ways. I love how Jesus speaks through people and how He uses them even when they don't even know He is using them. I hope Jesus uses me like that.

I am finally able to post without feeling behind. That seems to be a theme in my life. Always behind.... Is it home schooling? Is it busyness? Who knows? Maybe it is being a mommy. We have been very busy lately....Here is my latest picture... my girlie with her friend on the tea cups at Disneyland. Oh, there is my boy too!!

Trying like mad to catch up on the 365 project. Today we were outside and my girlie girl was "just a swinging." Notice the pillow that she is sitting on. Yes, it is from my couch! Ugh! What to do? Oh, well....she sure looks cute!
